South of SouthPark along Fairview Road, residential and wooded, with a small cluster of restaurants at the Fairview end that have outlasted a lot of flashier rooms closer to the mall.
Bruce Moffett's first restaurant, open in the Foxcroft East shopping center since 2000 and named after Barrington, the Rhode Island town he grew up in. It is a small New American room and the anchor of Moffett Restaurant Group. Moffett was a James Beard nominee for Best Chef in America in 2009.
The room that started the company. It opened in 2004 as a small wine shop in the Foxcroft East Shopping Center, next door to Barrington's, and grew into a full restaurant and wine bar in 2006. Over thirty wines are poured by the glass and hundreds of bottles sit on the retail shelves. The patio is heated through the cold months.
