Seventy-six acres north of Uptown that were a Ford assembly plant from 1924, an Army Quartermaster Depot in the war, and then a missile plant in the 1950s, which is where the name comes from. Redevelopment began in 2017 and the kitchens moved into the bays.
Gravity Sourdough Pizza Co.
Gravity Sourdough Pizza Co. works out of the Boileryard building at Camp North End, the 1941 Army warehouse row on Statesville Avenue. Its pizza starts with sourdough built from a starter the company says has origins dating back to the late 19th century.
